1. Marketing Promotion Graphics (Provided by the Chamber)

Every vendor receives four custom graphics to help promote your presence at the trade fair. These include:

• Pre-Event Graphic – Build anticipation before the fair

• Day 1 Graphic – Celebrate opening day

• Day 2 Graphic – Keep the momentum going

• Day 3 Graphic – Close strong on the final day

Dont forget to post - imagine the reach is all vendors post these graphics to raise awareness of the Trade Show!!

2. Trade Show Setup Photography

As you’re setting up your booth, we’ll be roaming the event space capturing behind-the-scenes photos of the setup process. No need to book—we’ll be floating around capturing the atmosphere.

• These photos are available for all vendors to use in social media and promotional content HERE.

• There is no dedicated focus—just great general event coverage.

• Photo Capture Times:

  • Thursday, April 10th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

  • Friday, April 11th from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM

3. Trade Show General Photography

Throughout the event, we’ll be moving through the trade floor capturing candid moments, booth activity, and the overall energy of the event.

• These photos are available for all vendors to use in social media and promotional content HERE.

• There is no dedicated focus—just great general event coverage.

• Photo Capture Times below with images being available shortly after

  • Friday, April 11: 1 PM - 2 PM

  • Saturday, April 12: 10 AM - 12 PM

  • Sunday, April 13: 10 AM - 12 PM

4. Focused Vendor Photography (Prebooking Only)

Want more visibility and social media-ready images of you and your booth?
With this add-on, we’ll stop by for focused photo sessions capturing you interacting with attendees, showcasing your booth, and highlighting your brand.

• Booking must be done before the event starts - this allows us to prepare to capture the best possible images for you - unfortunately, we are not able to take new bookings while onsite at the Trade Fair.

• Photos from your session will be added to your vendor folder, where your pre-made graphics also live—making it easy to grab everything you need to post.

• This is a great way to maximize your exposure during the show and after.
